I'm Master of Science Candidate at Univarsity of Waterloo. I have started my studies in 2007 under supervision of Professor Frank Safayeni. At this time, I'm working on the process of communication to see how a message in transmitted from abstract level to technical level in organization. I got my previous master degree in Information Technology Management at Allameh Tabatabai University under supervision of Dr. Payam Hanafizadeh in that, I worked on the collaboration among IT companies in Iran (See publications).
My resrach interest is focused on Organizational Theory and Behaviour and the interaction of people in organizations.
